Terms of Service

Below are the terms of service used for my Commissions.
Some items can altered in due time.
Payment is in USD
Invoice Paypal or Ko-fi!!
Pay full after sketch!

Time Circumstances

I am a full-time college student and my time frames are hectic, so bare with me, as I can take days, weeks, or months for a commission to be complete

General Terms

+ You are not permitted to use commissions for commercial use
+ Commissions are for personal use only
+ Do NOT use my art for Ai/NFTS
+ Please provide what you'll use for communication in the form
+ Please provide visual references, details, and feedback through the form or process!
+ I either send a message that I've accepted you're commission or not. Please be patient.
+ Revisions after lineart/coloring will have a fee, depending on the complexity
+ Drafts of the process will be sent to ensure a smooth process! Just please don't ask every minute for an update
+ Upon completion, you'll be sent a png or jpeg with your name. Either through email or your preferred transfer.
+ You are free to display the commission on any platform with given credit. (It will be watermarked, of course)

Disclaimer

+ I can use the commission for promotions such as sharing on social media and building my portfolio. Unless notified otherwise.
+ I have the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable, difficult for my skill level, or you didn't read the TOS.

Refund Policy

+ There is no refunding
+ Please think carefully when commissioning me
+ Although in some circumstances if I'm unable to finish you're commission you will be refunded

Additional characters are a 70% increase. +4-5 max
Additional Items, depending on complexity, are a price increase
Prices will fluctuate depending on complexity
Very Minimal/Simple backgrounds are free
Terms:
Bust: a figure's head and neck and a variable portion of the chest and shoulders
Half body: Waist up
